Phishing Alert: We have been notified of a recent scam in which customers of Mt. Washington Bank are being called through an automated line informing them that their Debit Card has been
compromised or suspicious activity has occurred. The message asks that customers leave their debit card number and expiration date on the automated line. THIS IS A SCAM.

Please note: Mt. Washington Bank will never call a customer, leave a message or utilize an automated service requesting an update of personal information. In the event that an update of personal information would be needed, a bank representative would simply request that
the customer visit the banking office when it is most convenient for them.

If you receive a call or an email asking you to provide personal and/or sensitive information, do not respond and do not send the information. Even if the call or message appears to be genuine - do not continue.

Please note that Mt. Washington Bank will never send an email asking for personal information. If you receive an email asking you to provide personal and/or sensitive information, do not click on any link and do not send the information. Even if the website and/or email appear to be genuine - do not continue.

Additionally, the bank will never call a customer or leave a message requesting an update of personal information.
